Service Fees

Fees will be clearly quoted and agreed upon before the commencement of any service.

Inclusions and Exclusions

Refunds:

Online Courses and Workshops

For our online courses and workshops, a partial or full refund may be available depending on the progress made in the course or workshop and the time elapsed since enrollment.

Exceptions

One-on-One Consultation Refund Policy:

Full Refund

Clients are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation session.

No Refund

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund.

Note: This policy is designed to respect the time and scheduling commitments of both the client and the service provider. We encourage clients to carefully consider their availability before booking a consultation to avoid potential cancellation fees.

Partial Refund

If a cancellation occurs between 36 to 24 hours before the scheduled session, clients are eligible for a 50% refund of the consultation fee

 

Refund Policy for The Online Courses:

Full Refund

Clients are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation session.

No Refund

No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made after the enrollment as the course is pre-recorded and fully accessible upon purchase, this policy reflects the value of the content made available.

Special Circumstances

We understand that life events and unexpected circumstances can occur. Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case- by-case basis.

Note: We encourage potential participants to review the course description, objectives, and any available preview materials carefully before making a purchase to ensure the course aligns with their learning goals and expectations.
